The Preferences page is where you’ll go to configure your prepopulated search counties, default views/search type and maps in LocalLook. You’ll also set up your options customizing Property Reports and Comparables columns. Everything is here, so it’s easy to find exactly what you need.
Prepopulated Search Counties
You can set up to 4 counties to always be selected on the search and prospecting pages. When no county is selected here, the last county or counties you searched will be selected on the search and prospecting pages.
Home Page Search
You can set which LocalLook page to open first after you login. By default, the Simple Search page is selected. If you find you always use the Advanced Search, select the Advanced option here then select the Save button.
Map View & Property Map Indicators
Choose how you view maps with Road and Aerial views, as well as parcel shading and dimension options.
Results View
Choose whether your search results are shown in Map View or List View by default.
Property Report
Show or hide specific sections on the Property Report by checking or unchecking those sections and selecting the Save button.
Comparables Columns
Choose your preferred Comparables columns by using the toggle next to each column name to enable/disable it. You can set your preferred column order by using the icon beside each name to drag and drop them.
