Before emailing, saving, or printing the Property Report, you can customize which information to include. The changes you make that are visible while viewing the report on your computer will be reflected in any report you email, save, or print.
Note: You can also enable/disable specific fields of the Property Report to display by default in your account Preferences.
Hide or Minimize Sections
Select the arrow icon to the right of the section name to hide it. Select it again to restore that section.
In some sections, you can minimize the section to only show the most recent information. To minimize, select the minus icon next to the hide arrow icon. Select the plus icon to expand the section.
Editable Fields
When you make an edit to the editable fields, only you (as the account owner) will be able to see your changes. They aren’t visible by other users, and you can revert back to the original value at any time.
While you have a property report open, scroll down to the Property Characteristics: Building section. You will see several sections that feature a highlighted area, which indicates that these values are editable.
Changing Property Image
You can update the property report image by clicking on Upload Custom Image at the bottom of the map section next to location in the property report. The added photo is saved indefinitely - and only appears within your individual user account. To remove the image, select the Restore Map option below the newly added image.
