Adding New Users
Step 1
To invite a new user to your Team account, navigate over to the User Management page of your Account settings, and click the Add User button in the Active Users list.
Step 2
After selecting the Add User button, a small window will appear where you can enter the user's name and email address.
Once you've confirmed that the user's information is correct, click the Send Invitation button. This will send an invitation to join your team to the user's email.
Step 3
After you send the invitation, your new user will need to open the email they received and click on the included link to activate their account. They'll be prompted to choose an email and set up their 2FA method. After completing their username activation they can immediately begin using LocalLook!
If you need assistance converting your Individual plan to a Team plan, please email us at gethelp@crsdata.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Making Changes to Users
After a user has been added to your team, you can make changes to their account using the ... icon in the Active Users list.
Available actions include editing their account permissions using the Edit Role option, deactivating their account, and sending them a reset password link.
Member Roles & Permissions
There are 3 assignable roles available for Team members, Owner, Admin, and User.
There can be only one Owner on an account, and that role is automatically assigned to the account creator. If you need to change the account Owner, please reach out to us at gethelp@crsdata.com to request the change.
Admin and User roles can be edited at any time by the account Owner and those already assigned the Admin role.
To edit a user's role: Use the ... icon in the Actions column of the Active Users list for the user you'd like to edit.

REMINDER
NEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD OR AUTHENTICATION CODE WITH OTHERS.
Protecting your personal data is one of our top priorities, and the first step in account security is making sure you're the only one who can access your account.
LOGIN SHARING IS PROHIBITED
Accounts found to be sharing logins are subject to cancellation without a refund. See LocalLook End User License and Services Agreement (EULA) for more details.
2FA LOGS ARE MONITORED FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
To preserve account security, accounts flagged as having abnormally high login and verification activity will be locked for investigation.
