Team plans are available for accounts needing LocalLook access for more than a single-user. Team plans provide LocalLook access for up to 3 users (you +2 others). If you need access for more than 3 users, please contact us at gethelp@crsdata.com and we'll be happy to provide you with pricing for a plan customized to meet your needs.
Team plans provide the same product access you're used to on an Individual plan for all team members - with each user having their own dedicated username, password, and account preferences.
As an account owner, you'll gain additional tools for managing your newly added team members, including setting user roles, tracking export usage, and sending reset password links.

Accessing the Edit Plan Menu
Step 1
To convert your Individual plan to a Team plan, start by navigating to the Plan & Billing page of your account settings and select the "Edit Plan" button.
Step 2
Select the "Change to a Team Plan" button from the available Edit Plan options.
IMPORTANT:
You'll have an opportunity to review and confirm the edits to your plan and billing before they take affect.
No changes will be made to your plan until you click the confirm & submit button in the next step.
Review Changes & Confirm Billing
After clicking the Change to a Team Plan button, you'll be presented with a Summary of Changes window listing the edits made to your plan for review.
You'll find important information that displays your new plan type and subscribed states, the next billing date and billing amount, the dates of your subscription term, and any charges due today upon confirmation.
If all of the information is correct, click the Confirm & Submit button.
After confirming & submitting your plan edits:
All changes to your plan will take affect immediately and you'll be able to invite members to your Team.
Due Today
When converting to a Team plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your subscription term.
For Monthly plans, the amount Due Today is the difference in plan price prorated for the days remaining in the current month. The following month, your plan will automatically renew at the full Team plan monthly total.
For Annual plans, the amount Due Today is the difference in plan price prorated for the days remaining in your annual term. The next time your annual plan renews, you'll be billed the full Team plan annual total.
REMINDER: No changes will be made to your plan or billing until you click the Confirm & Submit.
Adding New Users
Step 1
To invite a new user to your Team account, navigate over to the User Management page of your Account settings, and click the Add User button in the Active Users list.
Step 2
After selecting the Add User button, a small window will appear where you can enter the user's name and email address.
Once you've confirmed that the user's information is correct, click the Send Invitation button. This will send an invitation to join your team to the user's email.
Step 3
After you send the invitation, your new user will need to open the email they received and click on the included link to activate their account. They'll be prompted to choose an email and set up their 2FA method. After completing their username activation they can immediately begin using LocalLook!
