After logging in to LocalLook, start your property report search process by clicking on the Property Search Tab at the top of the page.
From here, you’ll see a couple different criteria options to help you refine your search. Begin by selecting up to four counties. Simply start typing the county and options will appear.
Pro Tip: If the property you are searching is near a county line, you may want to add a neighboring county to your search in the event the property was recorded in that county.
Now begin by typing in the property Owner’s Name, Street Address, Subdivision, or Parcel ID. If you are unsure of the spelling, just type the first few letters and the system will perform an open-ended search.
If you see a specific listing that is correct, click on the name, address, subdivision or ID and you will automatically be directed to the property report.
To only see matches for one of the search fields, select View more to the right of the field name to expand the view.
To see results, you can either (1) select the property from the auto-complete list or (2) select the submit button to continue to see all the results in this search.
